Aluminium Silicon 3% sows that weighs 1 to 1.4mt is a low Fe, and Silicon (3%) alloy primary used for galvalume coating of steel to prevent it from rusting. Galvalume is an alloy consisting 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon.
Properties: Easily malleable, good strength
Suitable for: Coated on carbon steel sheets used for roofing applications
